Each item is handmade and made to order and is typically dispatched within 1-5 business days.
If you require your order urgently please use the contact form to get in touch, and I will try my best to accommodate this.
Delivery-
All items are shipped via Royal Mail.
UK orders are sent via 1st Class, with a delivery time of 1-2 business days.
International orders are sent via International Tracked & Signed, with an estimated delivery time of 1-2 weeks.
If you require a faster delivery service, please get in touch and the delivery address and I will do my best to find an alternative. Please note, there may be additional charges.
Returns & Exchanges-
If there is a problem with your order or you no longer require the item, please let me know as soon as possible.
Returns can be requested up to 14 days from receiving your order. Items must be in the same condition as it was received, unused and in its original packaging.
Your return postage will be your responsibility and it is recommended that you use a tracked service.
